What we need from you
The city's correction letter and your current drawings, with source files where you have them. If all you have is a PDF, we can still work from it — the quote just reflects the extra drafting.
Can you guarantee my permit gets approved?
No one honestly can — the decision is the city's. What we guarantee is a complete, code-cited resubmittal that addresses every comment, which is what gets you approved fastest. New comments from the checker are a normal next round, and we handle those too.
How many rounds does this usually take?
A clean, complete resubmittal often clears in one round; complex or discretionary projects can take two. We build the package to minimize rounds — that's the whole value.
I only have a PDF, no CAD file. Now what?
Most standard corrections can be handled from a PDF — markups, added notes, response letter. Extensive revisions may need the DWG or a partial redraw, quoted before you order.
